Relief comes from being a Daughter
Do you know being a Daughter of God is liberating?
Liberating Identity: Embracing Your True Self as a Daughter of God
So why many times we feel weighed down and like we can never be good enough? A struggle to just be enough where we are right now as I present self... Well here is a relief, your not the only one that feels that way. I know it's hard to fathom right? When we look around it seems like everyone has it altogether already but us. Why do you think you feel that way? Pressure from society, peers, maybe family members to live to a standard that you were never suppose to live up to. From tv shows, to blogs to social media all around were faced with pressures to keep up, striving to always be a better version of ourselves and if we being honest its truly a carbon copy version of someone else.
Embracing Restoration: Learning from Biblical Examples of Redemption
Have you ever taken the time to truly ask the Lord what He says about you? If you look all throughout scripture we have tons of examples of woman that was titled with an identity that was never truly theirs so when that happens you start to move, act and become that persona. Let's look at few examples: Mary Magdalene was an outcast, she was possessed by seven demons, can you imagine the parts of her soul that was polluted by these demons that were in her. But when Jesus saw her, He looked past all of that He delivered her, set her free, restored her soul and made her one of his disciples. What about Hannah in 2nd Samuel, a woman that was barren but yet favored by God, gasp! She was taunted by her arch enemy Peninnah, her husband second wife (yup you heard that right). Can you imagine how they viewed Hannah, a woman in those days that had to depend on the man of the house and couldn't have children (what!!!) Sometimes our situation make us lose hope and we start to become that situation, she was upset about her present state and that started to bring friction in the home with her husband Elkanah but God! God knew He created her to be a mother, God was ready to prepare a table in the presence of her enemies and give her heart's desires.
Breaking Free from Shame and Failure: Embracing God's Renewal
Many of us have a past that we would rather not remember about, maybe shame/embarrassment from your past, failures that seem like you can't let up from. Well who knows that we serve a God that makes all things new in Him! That is right you don't have to carry the shame nor the failures of your past with you any longer. The Lord called us to peace, He said He is the Prince of Peace, no matter what your past looks like you don't have to feel like all hope is over or feel condemned any longer. The only one that wants you feeling condemned is the devil, the accuser of the brethren because when you feel condemn its hard to relate with a perfect God, its hard to go to Him and express your wrongs so instead we tend to run away, hide but that isn't doing us any good. The Lord come to Him those who feel burden and heavy laden He will give you rest, where are you not feeling rest? Do an elevation on your life and be honest with yourself (take notes if you have to) and access your lifestyle. Ask the Lord to release you from any false identities and show you who He created you to be. You need to know He created you and predestined you before the foundation of the Earth He knows you better than you ever can so release yourself to Him and the image your holding onto.

Reclaiming Your Identity: Prayers for Embracing God's Truth
Pray with me: Lord, I thank you for creating me and predestining me, you make no mistakes so I know when you created me it was with intention. Father I have been walking around feel weighted by the many cares of this world and trying to fit in, I want to know what you say about me. I ask you to open up your scroll and seal your instruction in me. Tell me secrets from long ago that was written about me. I want to let go to have you work freely through me, help to acknowledge myself as Daughter above all else let I feel secure in you. I come out of agreement with all lies from the enemy, society and things I have spoken over myself that doesn't align with you and how you see me. I repent for agreeing with any lies and ask you to create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me according to Psalm 51:10. I thank you for adopting me as your Daughter and delivering me from the power of darkness and conveying me into the kingdom of the Son of Your love. Open my eyes of my heart that I will see myself the way you see me in Jesus Name. Amen
