Welcome to GOD DaughterSS! We are a home bakery, ministry, and women’s network dedicated to serving you with love, authenticity, and sweet treats. By placing an order or engaging with our website www.goddaughterss.com, you agree to the following terms:

Refunds & Returns

  • No returns on purchased desserts, as they are perishable goods.

  • If there’s an issue with your custom order, please email us at ja@goddaughterss.com so we can make it right. We don’t offer refunds, but we will provide store credit when necessary. Any agreements will be made in writing.

Orders & Deliveries

  • Deliveries go out on Mondays & Thursdays for our sweet goodies.

  • Custom event orders require:

    • A signed contract before we begin your order.

    • A 75% deposit upfront due to the nature of custom requests.

    • A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice before the event date.

    • Cancellations for custom orders must be made at least 1 week in advance—only 25% of your deposit will be refunded due to time, labor, and ingredients already purchased.

    • Changes to custom orders must be made at least 12 days in advance.

  • Regular orders can be canceled up to 48 hours prior for a full refund.

Allergies & Dietary Preferences

  • Our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination may occur.

  • For vegan or gluten-free requests, please email us before ordering so we can try to accommodate. We prefer to make these items at separate times to limit cross-contact.

Pickups

  • We only offer pickups at special events (e.g., vendor events).

  • If you’d like to pick up your order at an event, please email us in advance so we can have it ready.

Third-Party Purchases

  • We partner with other businesses and may have links to their products.

  • We are not responsible for third-party purchases made through their links.

Media & Social Sharing

  • We love social media and often take photos & videos of custom orders and customer purchases.

  • If you attend any of our virtual or in-person events, we may record content, but we will notify attendees in advance.

Shipping & Weather Conditions

  • We do our best to package items securely, but heat-sensitive products (like chocolate) may melt during transit.

  • We pre-freeze certain items to prevent melting, but we can’t guarantee perfect conditions upon arrival.

Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

  • As a ministry, we offer spiritual encouragement & advice but are not responsible for how individuals interpret or apply it.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy—we only share necessary delivery details (name & address) with couriers.

  • For consultations, we keep your information confidential and won’t share your personal details.
